The Real Deal

Last week I gave you a peek into my studio. Well, this weekend I not only engaged in some play, I also finished a few pieces: These were done on wallpaper samples (shout out to Barb) so they are recycled. There's a lot going on in the composition. The last piece is my favorite, I think it's because it's atypical of my work. It was the last piece in the series and I was so happy with the way the gun turned out I tried to leave it alone. These pieces have an obvious theme but it goes a bit deeper for me. I need not explain, that's the beauty of art. It centers upon interpretation. The weather outside has made me blue but hopefully I can make the best of it and bust out some more work! G'Monday to ya!
