Finally Clean

Yesterday I kicked into high gear and pulled up the carpet in my bedroom. When I moved into the house a couple of years ago they had put new carpet in all the bedrooms. I hate carpet, hate it. And, they picked the cheap, long pile carpet that is impossible to keep clean. Even though it didn't look all that bad I just felt filthy everytime I set foot in the bedrooms. This weekend I was fed up. My house no longer has a stitch of carpet, just rugs. Yippee! I also moved my bed at an angle. Not sure I like it, but it's something different. The rug is also missing from my bedroom, it needs a bath. Not bad, if I do say so myself. I lucked out and found decent Parkay under all the carpet. Wood floors for the win!
