The Fred Jones Jr. Museum of Art (FJJMA) is hosting a poster contest honoring WPA era posters. They have asked that the posters be no more than four colors and able to reproduced via screen printing. The winner of the contest will receive 1k and their poster will be added to the museum's permanent collection. Read more about it here.

You know I'm a sucker for contests, prizes or not. I've been working on designs all afternoon. I know I want to do something regarding the "Cash for Clunkers" incentive. Here's my first attempt. Out with old, in the new. Simplified. A completely different direction. More color, stronger graphics.

I'm not sure I'm pleased with any of them. What do you think? Comments, Suggestions? Go ahead, give me some constructive criticism. Don't hold back, I wouldn't. XXo
